Vipasana Support Program

A Journey Towards Inner Peace & Self-Awareness

Jagsarafoundation’s Vipasana Support Program is created for people who are interested in exploring meditation, self-awareness and a more mindful way of living.
We believe that sometimes, taking a step back from our busy lives and spending time with ourselves can make a meaningful difference. Through our support initiative, we aim to help interested individuals learn more about Vipassana meditation programs, available opportunities and meditation centres.

What is Vipassana?

Vipassana is an ancient meditation practice whose name is commonly understood as “seeing things as they really are.” The practice focuses on self-observation and awareness of the relationship between the mind and body.
Rather than being simply a relaxation activity, Vipassana is traditionally presented as a disciplined practice of meditation and self-observation. It encourages practitioners to observe their experiences with greater awareness and balance.

Our Role in Supporting Your Journey

At Jagsarafoundation, we want to make it easier for people who are genuinely interested in exploring Vipassana to find useful information and understand the next steps.
